♠ by far は最上級(superlative adjective)や比較級(comparative adjective)を強調するのに用いられます。

♠ be in charge of~との違いは、take charge of は動作を表すのに対して、前者はその状態を表します。

達成する

♠ 「達成する」にはその道筋において幾つかの単語に分かれます。
Accomplish はある特定の仕事や目標などを努力を払って完成し達成する。
Attain は達成が困難な目標に大きな努力の結果到達する。
Achieve は技術や能力や努力などによりある目標を達成する。
You've accomplished a great deal since you joined this company.
---あなたはこの会社に入社して以来、すばらしい業績を達成してきた。
We can achieve our goals through hard work.
---努力すればゴールに達成できる。
To achieve native levels of spoken ability is necessary to be a correspondent from abroad.
